A stored or impound hearing cannot occur upon the vehicle reaching a certain age (option A) because the age of the vehicle does not determine the circumstances under which it may be impounded. A tow truck driver cannot deem a stored or impound hearing necessary (option B) as they do not have the authority to request such a hearing. While a stored or impound hearing may occur after 30 days of storage (option D), it is not an automatic process and can only happen upon the request of the registered or legal owner or their agent (option C). It is important to note that this hearing can only occur at the request of the owner or their agent, and cannot be initiated by the towing company or law enforcement.
